Refund policy

Return for Exchange

All items purchased from Willow & Body are carefully packed with love and care. Each item is thoroughly inspected before being package and sent to all our customers.

We have a 3 Day Return for Exchange policy, which means you have 3 Days after receiving your item to request a Return for Exchange. If your size in not available a refund will be offered and implemented once the item is returned to us.

Returns and Exchanges are not accepted based on change of mind. We do not allow refunds or exchanges on any sale items and some full price items (This will be specified in the product description).

Return of Exchange will be issued at the discretion of Willow & Body. To be eligible for a Return for Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, odourless, with tags untampered and still in place, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt as proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without requesting a Return for Exchange will not be accepted.

Exchange for Sizing:

The fastest way to exchange sizing is to repurchase and the request a Return for Exchange. Once we have received the item back, we will begin the process to refund you with 3-5 business Days, and we will notify you once the refund has been processed from our end. All refunds are made through the type of payment method in which you made the original purchase.

Please note: Willow & Body does not reimburse return shipping charges on Refund for Exchange, Willow & Body bear no responsibility for the loss of an item being returned, which is why we highly recommend using registered mail to return an item and send us an emailed photo of the postage receipt. Willow & Body will not be held liable for items that are sent back damage and may not process the refund/exchange if so.
